Jason Jakus

Chief Executive Officer

Jason Jakus is a real estate and consulting executive specializing in brokerage operations, MLS leadership, and enterprise transformation. He began by advising Fortune 500 companies, leading large-scale work in strategy, operations, and organizational redesign.

Jason spent nearly two decades as a real estate broker and brokerage owner, leading multi-office operations and consistently performing at a high level. He later served as Vice President of Technology and MLS for Florida Gulf Coast MLS, where he led system modernizations, data strategy, and operational alignment.

He holds the CMLX3 and RCE designations, reflecting advanced expertise in MLS leadership and industry governance. He also completed a Post-Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from Texas McCombs School of Business.

Currently, he is the Founder and CEO of Brexus MLS Solutions, advising MLS organizations, brokerages, associations, and PropTech firms on modernization, technology adoption, strategic planning, and data management.

As a seasoned sales, marketing, and real estate technology executive, Andy has built a career at the intersection of real estate, SaaS, CRM, marketing automation, AI, and digital infrastructure, with a strong track record of turning complex solutions into clear business value.

As the founder of Simple Media Partners LLC dba RealPeoples, Andy has developed sales automation platforms, go-to-market strategies, automation workflows, and AI-powered business tools for brokerages, teams, and small enterprise providers.

Andy is known for combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. He understands both the business and technical sides of real estate innovation, helping Brexus MLS accelerate growth and expand its market presence.

Jeffrey Levine

Senior Consultant

Jeffrey (Jeff) Levine is one of the real estate industry's most respected authorities on MLS, governance, policy, and organizational leadership, bringing more than 30 years of experience across brokerage, association leadership, and Multiple Listing Service strategy.

Jeff Levine serves as the 2026 Vice President of Florida Realtors, representing over 258,000 members, and has held leadership roles across all levels of Organized Real Estate. He has chaired the National Association of Realtors MLS Issues and Policies Committee, the MLS Technology and Emerging Issues Advisory Board, and Beaches MLS, and has also served on the NAR Board.

Widely recognized as a trusted advisor, Jeff works with MLS organizations, associations, and brokerages to navigate complex governance challenges, align stakeholders, and design models that balance innovation with compliance. His expertise includes MLS policy, regionalization, board alignment, and emerging technology.

He is also a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Services in Boca Raton and founder of Levine Coaching Company, where he helps leaders build strong organizations, develop talent, and drive sustainable performance.
