Position Summary
Lead association operations, member services, advocacy, and MLS/data technology while supporting the Board of Directors and strategic growth.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 15 years of direct CEO / Association Executive experience
- Progressive senior leadership experience
- Experience working with a Board of Directors
- Strategic planning or organizational change experience
- Strong financial management skills
- Experience managing staff, vendors, or cross-functional teams
- Comfort leading in a technology and data-driven environment
- Familiarity with MLS operations or ability to learn quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership experience with a REALTOR association, MLS, or trade/professional association
- MBA, MPA, or related master's degree
- RCE, CAE, CMLX, or similar credentials
- Knowledge of NAR Core Standards and professional standards administration
- Experience with advocacy, government affairs, or RPAC
- Familiarity with Matrix, Flexmls, Rapattoni, Paragon, or MLS technology platforms
